• Contact details you send us: your name or nickname, email address, phone number or Telegram handle, and the content of your message.
• Order information you choose to share: an order number or a screenshot, if you ask for help with a delivery or a return.
• Basic technical data: pages visited and general device or browser information, used only to understand whether the site is working and useful.

To answer your question, to help with an order you have asked about, and to keep the site working. Information is not sold, not rented, and not used to build advertising profiles. Messages are read by the person running this page and are not forwarded to third parties except where it is necessary to help with your request — for example, passing an order number to the retailer that shipped your parcel.

The checkout itself belongs to the official partner store. Payment details are handled there under that store's own privacy policy, and this site never sees your card information. Before paying, read the retailer's policy as well as this one.

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to answer and to follow up on an order — normally a short period after a conversation ends. Nothing is kept to build a marketing list, and no newsletter is sent without a separate, explicit request from you.

Under the GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to further processing. A short email to contact@nutra4health.com is enough and will be answered without charge. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

This site is written for adults and is not intended for children. Please do not send personal information about a child; if such information reaches us, contact us and it will be deleted.
